Q : How
do I place orders?
A : You can place your order online, or via phone
and fax. For online ordering and customer service,
we prefer to be contacted by e-mail ( wouxun@wouxun.com
) or via MSN ( wouxun@wouxun.com )indicate what
two-way radio you want with model, frequency,
deviation, power supply and quantities, preferably
with pictures. Further more, please check our
contact details pages. Once we receive your order,
we will send you two-way radio once we get the
money.
Q : How can I get information after I have paid for
the goods?
A :We will e-mail the tracking number of the express
company to you as soon as we receive the tracking
number.
Q : When and how can I check my order status?
A : Normaly, after 3-5 days you can trace your
package(s). We are also keeping an eye on your order
until you receive them.
Q : How long will it take to receive my goods?
A : It usually, on average, takes 7 business days to
receive your order.
Sometimes the two-way radio are delivered
faster.
Please note that business days do not include
holidays or weekends.
Q : Do you ship to International locations ?
A : Yes. We currently ship to all the
worldwide,USA,England,France,Germany, Italy,
Spain,Australia,Luxemburg Switzerl,Canada,European
countries,Northern America,the Middle East and so
on,anywhere in the world.

A :We accept Bank-transfer (T/T) payment way.

A :Although we update the website frequently, the
information of our products are changeable. Please
